Winter Dinner 2007-a culinary and social triumph! Canapés Zucchini Blinis with Smoked Salmon, Roasted Eschallot & Whipped Mascarpone We then retired to a private room to be entertained by George's unique style of presentation in which he outlined the wines, why they were matched to each course and also fielded questions/comments throughout the evening. Entrée Pan Seared Scallops on Poached Iceberg Lettuce & Roasted Chicken Jus, Mains Slow Braised Lamb Shanks with Vietnamese Mint & Lucky 'Top of the Hill Club' member Maya was the winner of our weekend away for four at Peacock Hill Vineyard lodge. She was last seen attracting many new friends!!
